Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the customer portal operated by Prado AI Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") on behalf of your landscaping service provider. By accessing or using the portal, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

The portal allows you to view invoices, make payments, submit service requests, and manage your notification preferences. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform in any way.

2. Account Responsibility

Your account credentials are provided by your landscaping service provider. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential. Notify your service provider immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Payments

Payments made through the platform are processed by Stripe (credit/debit card) or directly via Zelle/Venmo as instructed by your service provider. All payment disputes should be directed to your landscaping service provider. Prado AI Solutions LLC is not a party to the service agreement between you and your landscaping provider.

4. SMS and Communication Consent

By opting in to SMS notifications through the platform, you consent to receive text messages related to your account, including invoices, payment confirmations, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@pradoaisolutions.com.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Prado AI Solutions LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prado AI Solutions LLC provides this platform as a technology service. We are not responsible for the quality of landscaping services provided by your service provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the technology service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Access to the platform may be terminated by your landscaping service provider at any time. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
