These Terms govern your use of services provided by Prado AI Solutions LLC including AI consulting, digital marketing, and our customer portal software.

SMS Communications

By engaging with our SMS outreach you consent to receive text messages from Prado AI Solutions LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

Services

We provide AI consulting, digital marketing, and a white-label customer portal for service businesses. Fees are billed monthly as agreed. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Pasco County, Florida.
